By default, links on our site are listed alphabetically within their category. If the list is short and you're near the top that's fine. Browsers will spot you quickly, read your description and, if they're interested, click on the link to your site or take down the contact details.

As the lists get longer browsers are more likely to see and respond to listings closer to the top. Priority Listing lets you ensure you are at or near the top in your category or categories.

What is Priority Listing?

Quite simply, Priority Listing is a means of ensuring you're at or near the top of the listings in your category. No matter how many listings there are.

If your listing is in more than one category you get prioritised in all, for the price of one!

We have 3 Listing levels. Each level has 2 sub levels because we also list enterprises without an internet presence. Here's how it works:

1. Priority 1 - Paid (gold background)
        a) alphabetical listings with links to a site
        b) alphabetical listings without links
2. Priority 2 - Paid (blue background)
        a) alphabetical listings with links to a site
        b) alphabetical listings without links
3. Basic. (white background). The form for this option is located on our Site Submission page.

The example above clearly demonstrates our 3 levels of priority.

Priority 1 listings are placed at the top of the list of links for their category (or categories!).

Priority 2 are placed immediately after those in Priority 1. Note the unlinked listing for A B Sea Cruises comes after those with links, but before the free listings.

Basic (paid) or free listings, follow in strict alphabetical order on a plain white background. While that may be ok when there's only a dozen or so listings you may prefer not to take your chances among say 40, 50 or even a 100 Basic Listings customers.

What does it cost?

Our rates are very reasonable, especially when you compare them to other forms of advertising such as weekly newspaper ads, radio promotion or that budget killer television. Take a look:

The Priority Listing Process

1. You place an order with us, using our Priority Listing Form.
2. We'll send you an e-mail confirming the order, along with payment options.
3. When your payment is processed we'll confirm via e-mail, and provide your Priority Listing details.
4. Your priority listing period is calculated from the beginning of the next calendar month after your registration.
